| Summer Camps with Kula!! Teen Yoga Intensive July 23 – 27, 2012 – 9:00am-3:30pm Kula is proud to present our first teen camp for yogis and yoginis ages 14 – 16! This workshop was designed for those eager minds with an interest in learning more about the different styles and lineages of yoga, as well as understanding what a healthy “lifestyle” includes and that there is much more to the practice than just downward dog! This year’s camp theme will be the 5 elements; one to inspire each day and be weaved into all activities from our yoga practice, arts & crafts to outdoor excursions. Students who complete the workshop will also have the opportunity to join Lindsey in August as a junior camp leader if they would like to flex their yoga knowledge, get involved in the Kula community and volunteer to help with one day of the younger camp groups.
